I spent a decade telling other people's stories on screen. Now I produce the women whose voices deserve a larger audience.

I'm a seasoned multimedia journalist and news personality. With more than a decade of experience in broadcast news and public relations, I've interviewed politicians, executives, celebrities, authors, and everyday people - and in all of them, I discovered the same thing: most had something real to say, and most didn't know how to let it come through on camera.

I began my career in 2011 in Houston, TX as an associate producer for NBC affiliate KPRC Channel 2 while finishing my final semester at the University of Houston. From there I moved into public relations before returning to television in Idaho Falls, ID - where I became the first African American to serve as news anchor in the state of Idaho.

Over the following years I covered some of the most significant stories in my markets: whistleblower cases revealing corporate discrimination, nuclear innovation at the Idaho National Laboratory, and nationally recognized cases including Lori Vallow-Daybell and the death of Gabby Petito. I carried that same instinct for hard-hitting, meaningful storytelling into every role I held.

In 2018, while finding a new rhythm as a stay-at-home mother, I started Clark-Williams Consulting - advising podcasters, YouTube creators, and public speakers on media strategy and helping them develop a commanding presence on camera. The work came naturally. The results were real. And a practice that started as a side lane became the direction I'd been building toward all along.

"Clark-Williams Consulting is what I built for women who have something real to say and want the coaching and production to back it up. I know what it feels like to be on camera and not trust that what's coming across captures who you actually are. I built this so that never has to be the problem."

Today, I work exclusively with women in leadership - founders, authors, speakers, executive coaches, and ministry leaders - advising on strategy, coaching for on-camera presence, and handling full production so the content that represents them is equal to the work they've already done.
